Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any part of the phwil platform. By creating an account or accessing phwil services, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the phwil Platform in any capacity. This age requirement is mandated by applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. phwil reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is found to have been misrepresented.
2.2 Access to and use of the phwil Platform is void where prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are accessing the Platform for your personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party; (c) all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current; and (d) you are not a self-excluded player or subject to any exclusion order.
2.4 phwil reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements cannot be verified.
3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) phwil Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, or device may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
3.2 As part of phwil's Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, you are required to submit valid government-issued photo identification — including but not limited to a Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID, driver's license, or passport — prior to processing withdrawal transactions or accessing certain Platform features.
3.3 You agree to promptly provide any additional documentation requested by phwil for identity verification, source of funds verification, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
3.4 phwil reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access and place an Account under review pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable time may be closed and remaining balances returned to the verified payment method on file.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phwil Account credentials, including your username and password. phwil will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel.
4.2 You agree to notify phwil immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. phwil cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account credentials where such use results from your failure to maintain appropriate security.
4.3 phwil provides optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced Account security. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA. phwil shall not be liable for account compromises attributable to a Player's election not to enable available security features.
5.1 phwil accepts deposits via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. phwil reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
5.3 phwil does not accept deposits that are sourced from proceeds of criminal activity or that otherwise violate applicable anti-money laundering legislation.
5.4 Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. phwil does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independently.
5.5 phwil Wallet balances are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting to your Wallet.
6.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit, subject to availability and KYC completion. phwil reserves the right to perform additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
6.2 Standard processing times are: GCash and Maya — within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfers — within 1–3 business hours; USDT TRC20 — within 30 minutes of approval. These timelines are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
6.3 phwil reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited conduct.
6.4 Players may not withdraw funds that are subject to active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal of such funds prior to fulfillment of applicable wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
7.1 phwil may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.
7.2 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
7.3 phwil reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and to reclaim bonus funds that have been credited in error or obtained through fraudulent means.
7.4 One bonus per Player, household, IP address, and payment method applies unless otherwise stated. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 9 of these Terms.
8.1 All games offered on the phwil Platform operate in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
8.2 All slot games on the phwil Platform utilize independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live dealer games are conducted using physical game equipment (real cards, dice, or wheels) streamed in real time. phwil does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phwil's decision regarding the resolution of affected wagers shall be final and binding. phwil's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the wager amount placed for the affected round.
8.4 Wagers placed and confirmed by the system are binding. Cancellation of wagers after confirmation is not permitted except where expressly provided for in the applicable game rules.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwil Platform:
9.2 phwil reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any associated balances and winnings pending investigation and regulatory reporting where required.
10.1 phwil is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion — all accessible from the Account settings dashboard.
10.2 Players who elect to self-exclude from phwil agree not to attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts. phwil will take reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee interception in all circumstances.
10.3 Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform and to seek support from appropriate resources.
10.4 phwil strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the Platform. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform, contact phwil support immediately.
10.5 Online gambling is intended for entertainment purposes only and does not constitute a reliable source of income.
11.1 All content on the phwil Platform — including but not limited to the phwil name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of phwil or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phwil content is granted.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phwil's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.2 phwil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.3 phwil does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.
13.1 phwil reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform.
13.2 Continued use of the phwil Platform following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise agreed in writing by phwil.
14.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
